ACUTE INJURIES

Anyone that is active can injure themselves during that activity, whether you're a runner, tennis or racquetball player, walker, hiker, sports enthusiast or anyone on the go. Injuries can be classified into two types, acute and chronic. Acute injuries are the initially "ouch"—sudden (i.e., muscle pull, ankle sprain) and sharp with rapid onset and/or traumatically induced—that occurs immediately and causes pain, swelling and inflammation. When acute injuries are not treated quickly they can become chronic.

CHRONIC INJURIES

Chronic injuries usually occur by a repetitive overuse activity, such as running, dancing and are slow in developing. They can also develop if an injury has not been properly treated.

FREEZE ME!

Take the heat off your feet after a long hot day or cool down after exercising by using the Cool Soles® frozen. If an injury occurs, cold (frozen Cool Soles®) will reduce the pain and swelling in that tissue because of its vaso-constrictive properties. It causes blood vessels to narrow, limiting internal bleeding at the injury site. This will speed up the recovery of the injured tissue. Cool Soles® therapy can be used to treat acute and chronic injuries regardless of where they are located on your body.

TO USE

Just place in the freezer until frozen then take them out and cool off! Place them on the floor and put your feet on top or place them in slippers, shoes and kick your feet up and relax. Use the Cool Soles® foam wraps to secure the Cool Soles® directly to your feet or any other painful area in the body that it will comfortably fit around.

HEAT ME

For those who want toasty warm feet, day or night because your feet are always cold, your search is over! Cool Soles® are your solution. Heat improves circulation. Just pop them in the microwave and heat in 10-second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Take them out and place in slippers, on the floor or in the cool soles® foam wraps. Alternatively, place in hot water and soak for 2-3 minutes. Then towel dry and apply. Be careful not to heat to long because it could get to hot for your feet or damage the product.
