"Having spent a lifetime with weak ankles and high arches I've tried a number of products. Many just adding bulk to the underside of my foot with very little additional support. I tried a pair of the regular instant arches for about two months to see what I thought. They provide excellent support and don't crush easily. Plus I don't have to go up a shoe size to make them fit. I have them in a pair of sneakers I use daily for 2-6 mile hikes. I've ordered more for my other shoes.
